The Peper & Söhne Group was founded at the beginning of 2013 as the family office of the Peper family. The aim of the company is a structured and long-term oriented investment process.
The group is specialized in the development of real estate projects, the management of
active and passive corporate investments and the investment in financial assets.
The core business of project development and real estate management is operated by Peper & Söhne Projekt GmbH (PSP), which was outsourced in 2017. PSP offers conception, planning,
development and revitalization of commercial real estates – individually from the initial idea until the finished building. Based on the family’s experience in the logistics
sector, PSP offers its clients innovative concepts and solutions. Up to today, the Peper & Söhne Group invested in 20 projects with a total volume of over EUR 110 million.
