The Multi-User hall “Atlantic One” planned by the Bremen company Peper & Söhne Projekt GmbH in the Freight Village Wilhelmshaven is to be built by Goldbeck NORD GmbH, Bremen office. A corresponding general contract has already been signed, the necessary documents for the building application are currently being compiled ready for submission in the next few weeks. Work on building “Atlantic One” is scheduled to start in July of this year, so that the hall can be inaugurated in April 2021.
“The commissioning of the general contractor is the next important step for our Freight Village. The new Multi-User hall is ideal for companies who are looking for a multi-purpose logistics location, also with smaller storage areas, in the immediate vicinity of the port,” says Andreas Bullwinkel, Managing Director of Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven JadeWeserPort-Marketing GmbH & Co. KG.

The total area of the 10-metre tall Multi-User hall is 12,000 m². The property can be divided into up to nine units from 540 m² of space, with each unit having at least one ground-level access. The building will be equipped with 10 ramps and three sunken truck docks with a total of 10 levellers. In addition to the storage area, 145 m² of office space is planned
