Spedition Grüßing is an innovative, medium-sized, family-run forwarding company that is meanwhile managed by the fifth generation. It can look back on almost 100 years of experience in the transport, logistics and warehousing business.
The company’s core business is the organisation and transport of full, part and groupage consignments to destinations throughout Germany and neighbouring European countries. We handle these transports either with our own fleet of state-of-the-art trucks or with vehicles owned by our partner companies.
At our 8,000 m² warehouse and 10,000 m² outdoor storage area, we attend to the transhipment, warehousing and order picking of highly diverse freight categories, working as contract logistics provider on behalf of our customers. On completion of our new high shed storage system in Westerstede, our capacities now enable us to store an additional 3,500 pallets.
A flourishing element of our business is the provision of all services relating to the import of containers at the port. We deal with transhipment and discharge of the containers and take the goods into storage. On request, we can also offer services such as order picking, picking & packing and palletisation. All services are organised locally by our own office.
